Well I didn't get the blanket done, I had a few minor interuptions.
First: Poultry Fest in downtown Smithville on Saturday!
Then trying on SHOES!
Then the BUBBLE blowing contest!
Swim trials.
Out for Sunday morning breakfast and a trip toBass Pro Shop so Grampa could get some gear for his boat.
I did do something for myself though. If you look in my sidebar I have a link for Cast-On,a knitting pod cast, hosted by Brenda Dane. I downloaded all the episodes and put them on my MP3 player and sat on my deck Sunday evening to listen and knit. Very enjoyable, I highly recommend it!

Looks like Miss P had a lot of fun. Lady is getting big. She's gorgeous. Looks like she's going to be a big girl like Cybil. How old is she now? When Cybil was a year old she was 87lbs. She's 92lbs now.
Ah, Bass Pro Shops. Gotta love that place ... Owen and Lily even have toys from there. *lol*
Looks like a fun to me too! I LOVE chickens ... not as much a little lambs, but I love them too. Happy knitting on the back deck.
Checken fest! Sounds fun! But not as fun as a dip in a kiddie pool on a warm day. I had my toes in Julian's pool as well this weekend ;0)
I'm gonna go check out all those podcast...
