Paisley's Poncho

Since I still haven't finished my current project I thought I would share Paisley and her poncho. She loved it and and of course Mr. Tibbs had to get in on the action too.

I am hoping to get my Debbie Bliss pullover done this week-end ( only 2" left on the collar).






And in keeping with the holiday season, last year Paisley got a pumkin hat because she was too small to Trick or Treat. But guess who got in on the action.
Yep that's my Russell !

And our greatly missed Kobi.

They made better models than the 2 year old did.

My first blog

I'm on vacation this week so I thought I'd give this blog thing a try. I'm still not sure if I'm doing this right but I guess I'll find out. I have a few projects on the go and I just finished a poncho for my granddaughter. It's knit with Snuggly Bubbly DK by Sirdar. It's amazingly soft and very easy to knit with.

I also made her a pullover form the Top Down for Toddlers book by Cabin Fever. It's very enjoyable knitting small sweaters for a change.

I'm still working on my fairisle cardigan, it's from the Jameison Shetland Knitting book. I have the first sleeve half done and one more to go. I started it in April but I have also been doing other projects in between.
